Character Web
The Character Web gives you a visual map of how your characters relate to each other.

What It Shows
Section titled “What It Shows”The Character Web is an interactive graph where:
- Each node represents a character
- Lines between nodes represent relationships you’ve defined
- Characters are displayed with their names and colors
How to Use It
Section titled “How to Use It”- Navigate to the Character Web view (accessible from the Characters section)
- Your characters appear as nodes in the graph
- Relationships defined in character profiles are drawn as connections
Reading the Web
Section titled “Reading the Web”The graph helps you:
- See isolated characters who might need more connections
- Identify central characters with the most relationships
- Spot clusters of related characters
- Ensure your cast has the right balance of connections
- The more relationship data you add to your character profiles, the richer the web becomes
- Use it during plotting to verify that every character has a role in the story’s social fabric
- Great for catching characters who exist in isolation from the rest of your cast
